LOCKERBIE Model EK Electric Kick Wheel

This is the last one! It's a LOCKERBIE Model EK Pottery Wheel: Electric Kick Wheel.

The electric kick wheel is driven by a heavy-duty 1/3 hp motor with a rubber friction drive. To activate the wheel, simply depress the foot pedal to engage the rubber drive against the edge of the flywheel. Speed range is 0-157 RPM. The wheel is whisper quiet, and has enough power to center 50 lbs. (22.70 kg) of clay. The wheel can also be operated manually by kicking.

This kick wheel has the bonus of a 1/2 HP motor which can be engaged whenever desired!
