If your school uses a purchasing credit card for payments, please place your orders through our website. If your institution is tax-exempt, be sure to enter your educational organization’s name in the “Company” section of the order to ensure the tax is removed when we process your order. If you do not, we will not know you are an educational organization and tax will be charged. If you think we do not have your tax-exempt on file, please forward your sales order email with an attached PDF file copy to schools@sheffield-pottery.com.

If you have your purchase order ready, please email it to our Education Department at schools@sheffield-pottery.com to be processed. You will receive confirmation that your order has been received with an ETA of when they will get back to you with your sales order receipt, usually within 2-3 business days.

If your institution requires a quote before you order, please email a list of items with product codes from our website to our Education Department at schools@sheffield-pottery.com and they will usually get back to you with your quote in about 2-3 business days. We urge you to make your list using our website because we keep a live inventory, and you will know right away if something is not in stock or unavailable.
