3" Brick Construction
The HF 2318 is constructed entirely of high quality, US domestic 3" brick.
Access Port (Pat. Pend.)
The HF 2918 incorporates Evenheat's new relay access port (Pat. Pend.) for simple, no-panel-off relay replacement.
Simply remove the plate to gain access to the service part. There's no need to remove or swing the entire control panel out of the way and dig into the internal wiring. It's absolutely simple and effective and all it takes is a simple screwdriver!
Corner Mounting Technique
The corners of the kiln body and lid provide excellent strength for mounting. We install our load bearing hinge and lid handle brackets on these corners for this reason. Longer life, high reliability: solid design makes a difference.

The No Damage Lift Assist
Evenheat is proud to offer our Patented Dyna-Lift lid lift assist for our large kilns.
The Dyna-Lift lightens the force needed to operate the kiln lid. It does so with ease and grace and with no negative effects upon the kiln itself. Hallmarks of the design include no kiln body connection, single point lifting and emphasis on allowing the lid to act naturally.

Full Stainless Jacket
Multi-section kilns were conceived to lower production costs for the kiln manufacturer. This is a worthy goal but it comes at the cost of kiln quality. It's a trade off we're not willing to make. We build our kilns with full stainless jackets from top to bottom. Full stainless jackets mean absolutely solid, life extending construction. There are no leaks, no shifting and no weakness. Insist on Full Stainless Jackets for true build quality.
Lid Security Bar
The HF 2918 is provided with a lid security bar that positively holds the lid in the open position.
Multi-Zone Control
Evenheat's exclusive use of the Bartlett line of controls for all High Fire models allows the use of multi-zone control.
Multi-zone control uses a number of temperature sensors to develop and maintain an equal temperature throughout the firing chamber. Multi-zone provides accurate and predictable results regardless of load volume.

Evenheat works closely with control manufacturers Bartlett Instruments and SDS Industries to bring you the best in performance, features and programming ease.
Control Options Include:
TAP Touchscreen, full featured touchscreen control with user-defined and preset programs for glass, metal clay and ceramic. Also features full-text graphics, cost per firing, and graphing along with wi-fi compatibility with web and mobile apps and more.
Genesis Touchscreen, full featured touchscreen control with user-defined and preset programs.
Rampmaster 3 (RM3), full featured control with user-defined and preset programs for glass. Features a 4 digit display.
Economical Set-Pro, 3 button control with user-defined and preset programs for glass, metal clay and ceramic. Features a 4 digit display.
Swing Away Peephole Cover
Our kiln designs feature swing-away peephole covers as opposed to plugs. Plugs get lost and they get broken. Our attached peephole covers remain on the kiln and simply swing open and closed. You won't lose them and they certainly won't break.
Swing View Adjustable Control
The Swing View Adjustable Control is a pivoting, swing-up enclosure that allows the user to rotate the control to a comfortable viewing and programming angle. it is that simple. You're going to really enjoy this feature.
The Swing View Adjustable Control is stock equipped on the HF 2318 with TAP or Rampmaster controls.
Wonderful Lid Handle
We love handles. Handles have to be properly sized and shaped for the job. Our lid handle makes this point by offering a 16" handle that's easy to grasp and operate. This wide, corner mounted handle allows for confident and easy lifting, even with a gloved hand. It's unlike any other and it's a joy to use.
