T1S is a unique dark stoneware clay, containing screened fire clay. T1-S is great for handbuilding or throwing objects large or small. Ideal for professionals as well as the experienced hobbyist, it contains our native Sheffield clay and Lizella clay making it a versatile and forgiving clay body that looks great in atmospheric kilns. The varied clay particle sizes give this blend a unique toothy quality that really helps when throwing larger forms. |
