Swing View Adjustable Control
The Swing View Adjustable Control is a pivoting, swing-up enclosure that allows the user to rotate the Rampmaster control to a comfortable viewing and programming angle. It is that simple. You're going to really enjoy this feature. The Swing View Adjustable Control is stock equipped on the KF Extreme Depth Ovens.
Access Port (Pat. Pend.)
Extreme Depth ovens incorporate Evenheat's new relay access port (Pat. Pend.) for simple, no-panel-off relay replacement.
Simply remove the plate to gain access to the service part. There's no need to remove or swing the entire control panel out of the way and dig into the internal wiring. It's absolutely simple and effective and all it takes is a simple screwdriver!
Cool-Touch Handle
The handles on our swing out doors are conveniently located at the front of the door, not hidden along the side. These spring loaded, phenolic handles are cool to the touch, are one-handed in design and serve as the door latch as well.
Corner Mounting Technique
The corners of the oven body and door provide excellent strength for mounting. The flat sides of the oven don't offer this strength. We install our load bearing hinge brackets on these corners for this very reason. Longer life, high reliability: solid design makes a difference.

Dual, Side Opening Doors
Extreme Depth models feature our side hinged doors front and back for easy access. Our side hinged doors swing out to the left to keep the heat away for more cool and comfortable use. It's an excellent design choice that makes all the difference.
Excellent Temperature Distribution
Evenheat knife ovens are true to their name and the KF Series is no different. Our designs are well known for their excellent temperature uniformity. They're done well and you'll appreciate the performance.
Full Stainless Jacket
Multi-section ovens are designed to lower production costs for the oven manufacturer. it is a worthy goal but it comes at the cost of oven quality. It's a trade off we're not willing to make. We build our KF ovens with full stainless jackets from front to back. Full jackets mean absolutely solid, life extending construction. There are no leaks, no shifting, no buckles and no weakness. Insist on Full Stainless Jackets for true build quality.

Loud Alarm Output Jack
Evenheat knife and heat treat ovens are standard equipped with a Loud Alarm output jack for use with our Loud Alarm Option.
Like most shops, knife maker and heat treat shops can be noisy. And, like most shops, distractions can get in the way of some very nice work. Cut through your shop noise with our Loud Alarm Option. The Loud Alarm sounds at a loud 80+ decibels! You'll never miss the opportunity to properly quench again.
The loud alarm option alerts the user when the heat treat process temperature and hold has been reached, and more importantly, when it's over and it's time to quench. Rampmaster and TAP control equipped Evenheat knife and heat treat oven models include a built-in alarm jack for easy install: simply attach the optional loud alarm and plug it in.
